Cryptocurrency Purchase Policy
Effective date: July 1, 2026
1. All Sales Final
All purchases of digital goods on azimuth.day using cryptocurrency are final and non-refundable. Blockchain transactions are irreversible by design; once confirmed on-chain, neither Azimuth nor any third party can reverse, cancel, or modify the transaction.
2. Payment Method
Purchases are made in USDC (a USD-pegged stablecoin) on the Solana blockchain. The buyer is solely responsible for ensuring the correct wallet address, sufficient USDC balance, and adequate SOL for transaction fees.
3. Wallet Responsibility
Azimuth has no access to, custody of, or control over the buyer's cryptocurrency wallet. The buyer is solely responsible for wallet security, private key management, and ensuring their wallet is compatible with the Solana blockchain.
4. Pricing
Prices are denominated in USDC and may change between purchase waves. The price at the time of confirmed on-chain transaction is final. Price schedules displayed on the site are informational and subject to change until a transaction is confirmed.
5. Nature of Purchase
Products sold on azimuth.day (including the Signal Pioneer Pass) are productivity rights within the Azimuth network. They are not investments, securities, financial instruments, or guarantees of future value or returns. The Signal Pioneer Pass multiplier requires active node operation to produce any benefit; it provides no passive income.
6. No Guarantee of Value
Azimuth makes no representation regarding the future value, liquidity, or transferability of any purchased item. Market conditions, network activity, and regulatory changes may affect the utility or value of purchased items.
7. Tax Obligations
The buyer is solely responsible for determining and fulfilling any tax obligations arising from their purchase, including but not limited to income tax, capital gains tax, VAT, or any other applicable taxes in their jurisdiction.
8. Eligibility
By making a purchase, the buyer represents that they are of legal age and legally permitted to purchase cryptocurrency-based digital goods in their jurisdiction.
